Post mint environmental damage.
Metal detector find.
Someone lost it, buried for awhile, metal detector pinged it, and back into circulation. My story and sticking to it...
Strictly post mint damage. Buried, found, recirculated.
Thank you guys. One good thing come from this. I discovered my new iPhone takes good pctures. Lol

Looks like PMD to me.
What else could it be?
Yep, corroded and cleaned or acid washed.

Definitely PMD....likely dropped in a field...or near a pool....surface looks as if it is chemical damage (fertilizer/pool chemicals)....Cheers, RickO
