Thank you for posting good photos of your coin.
Yours does not have the dramatic doubling of the DDO-004.
Photos of the known DDOs for the 1959 quarter are here:

The Macro Lens attachment for the IPhone is awesome.

Was really hoping this was the FS-101 would of made my coin, substantially more valuable 🤔

Just for my education and growth, would this be considered Machine Doubling?

To be honest, I'm not sure what doubling you are seeing.
With proofs I am not sure if I am seeing reflections, etc.
Your photos are above average for this sort of thing, but maybe some kind of tripod or bracing would make them even sharper?
Maybe best would be if you compare the doubling you see to the known DDOs on the varietyvista page,
and let us know if you think it is a match to one of them.
Or give a written description of where you see doubling.

Sorry, great images but it is not a DDO.

Holy Smokes! The language used on Variety Vista looks like a pretty complicated math problem.

    PR-4-O-lV+Vlll = FS-101

Proof - DIE4 - OBVERSE- Tilted and offset Hub doubling 🤯

I did however manage to NOT find any of the die markers on my coin that would attribute it to the Math problem.

Was going to buy everyone pizza with the profits.

    “...die markers...”

Excellent use of resources... many fail to do this.

Excellent job using the die markers to determine if what you have is a DDO.

Unfortunately if it does not have the die markers it is not a DDO.

Good to see you have used the reference material.... I see no sign of DD....might be some very minor machine doubling.... or maybe that is a reflection...hard to say without the coin in hand. Cheers, RickO
