So what is the story on the PCGS Premier holders

    It appears to be a special label for HSN. The 1 of 2,500 was likely how many they had for sale (to make it seem more scarce).

    Looks a lot like plain old bullion to me. Why slab it? I guess someone will pay more for it, but I won't.
