I suggest you acquire a Redbook (available at most bookstores) and use that to classify your coins. Yes, I'll grade it for free and on-line... VF according to the pictures. Not worth the time and postage to send it in for "professional" grading/slabbing.

You can get it graded for free - VF. Getting it slabbed will cost you $40 more than it's worth - 25 cents

You don't see very many '69's that nice in circulation any longer (F+/VF-).
I see nothing else that sets it apart.
