Me too, but got a cab to baton rouge aand got out. Hope you at least had a few nice upgrades!
Good luck and stay dry.... since you are stuck, how about a show report?
Cheers, RickO
Should have gone to the Hawaii show.
I skipped New Orleans and Honolulu and did Zurich and Barcelona instead. No storms, but civil unrest in Barcelona and $40 pizzas in Zurich. Let’s call it a draw.

Power came back on at 10:30 am but no flights arrived all morning so about 6 to 7 hours delayed across the board. The show was pretty active. Grading was reportedly conservative. No new bust coins really popped up. I did speak with Laura and she has some great new early US coins coming. Eye Appealing coins has a high grade 1807 bearded Goddess coming that will be condition census for that key redbook variety. Nothing else really new in early American silver at the show.
Sounds like a 1st world drama......
New Orleans. Once was enough. The place smelled really bad.
Show us your grades!!
Guess you mustta p*ssed off my wife!
Hopefully it clears up and you can fly back tomorrow.
New Orleans is also too far to drive to other places to fly out. Andy is still trying to get home.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
Was in NOLA too, but had an evening flight that wasn't affected by the outage.
I'll post a show report sometime tomorrow,

Harry Laibstein was one of the last stragglers after I left for the airport
Have to give credit to JoAnn and the PCGS staff there that finally got our coins out to us in full on Saturday.
These invitationals have become so popular and so many submissions
that they seriously need reorganization.
Those who say grading was conservative are probably submitting the same coins time and again. Fresh coins seem to be given a fair shot at an upgrade. I got
Eleven upgrades out of the 26 coins
that I submitted.
And the beat goes on...
At the airport 7 Saturday morning to wait in the dark for hours. Finally through security and ready to board when the lights went out again. Arrived too late in ATL to make my connection and had to wait until 10PM for the next flight home. Walked in the door at 12:30AM. All’s well that ends well.
