Grade me: 1900 S Barber Half

Sorry about the poor photo quality and the glare from the 2x2. Thoughts? There is a scratch on the cheek too.

Liner 35-40 may not straight grade due to scratches.
VF but price as a 40.
Agree 35-40, if it straight grades.
VF40 IMO......Cheers, RickO
35 to me
35 and I vote that it straight grades.

I’d vote 35.

Wait for another coin though.
35 camp 😏
VF35, if...
VF20 Cleaned
30 if it doesn't details for scratches/dings/hits
My thoughts too.

You three posters above this post need to sell me your Barber Half's at your grading levels.
Many of the 1900-S halves minted were sent to the Philippines. They come back in less than desirable condition like this coin, cleaned and slightly abused. But the coin does have at least 35 details, probably 40
VF/XF haha
I'll say 35. The rows of feathers in the eagle's left wingtip are distinct like they should be for XF40, but the obverse looks more VF. Moreover, the lack of wholesomeness might net it out of XF territory.
