1911-S Broadstrike, other error or PMD?

Need some help from the error experts on this ... if a broadstrike it's very different from most. Any help appreciated.

    It looks like the coin got ground down..... or a large planchet? I’m stumped. @ErrorsOnCoins might know

    To bad it's not still in the lucky piece. You don't see better dates very often in them.

    Those 'Lucky Cent' pieces were very popular when I was a kid...I wish I had saved them. Actually, most of the one's I acquired back then, suffered the fate of popping out the cent to buy candy.... :o Cheers, RickO
