1911-S Broadstrike, other error or PMD?

Need some help from the error experts on this ... if a broadstrike it's very different from most. Any help appreciated.

It looks like the coin got ground down..... or a large planchet? I’m stumped. @ErrorsOnCoins might know

Was stamped into a "lucky piece" holder and then popped out.

To bad it's not still in the lucky piece. You don't see better dates very often in them.
Those 'Lucky Cent' pieces were very popular when I was a kid...I wish I had saved them. Actually, most of the one's I acquired back then, suffered the fate of popping out the cent to buy candy.... Cheers, RickO
