I would look carefully at the hairlines across the portrait, but I'd hope to call it lightly circulated AU58. This is a really attractive coin whatever the grade is.
I'll go 55, just to much business on the portrait. IMO, the reverse better than the 1911 S that I showed but the obverse with too much going on. A 58 would be a stretch, but MS, I don't see it.
Love that Milled British (1830-1960) Well, just Love coins, period.

to me it is FINE... D@^^N Fine!
It looks it has a rub so I have to say AU 55
I would not be surprised if it is a 63 though
55-58
Knowing you it's a 58. The picture makes it look like a 55 on the Obv.
I’m thinking 61

The luster is not the best for a 58, but the details of a 58 are there. I would give it a 55 with fantastic eye appeal. Obverse looks unc.
The obverse looks 55 to me. The reverse throws me for a loop. I’ll just say 55.

Looks to be a 55....a lot of chatter on the obverse...Cheers, RickO
Ever notice how when @Collectorking does a guess the grade the coin always looks better in the slab shot he posts than the guess the grade pictures.
Wow, maybe hope for my coin then.....

Very nice coin. I’m getting into this series myself. Hard to find nice luster surrounded by somewhat even tone, like you have there.
My guess would have been 63 based on what I've been looking at for my type set. Didn't beat the reveal.

Yup I was thinking 63 as well, then scrolled down to find 62. Great half!

Love the toning and the luster has pop!
I was in the 62 camp, the chatter on the face and the mark across the shield held it down.
I see/ saw no signs of wear.
