I found this today in my change, Any info would be appreciated.
What’s odd about the cent?
Looks like dirt or something. Dip it in acetone to see if it comes off.
Just an ultra-common date, dirty cent.
Try taking a tooth pick and gently try to remove a small piece. If it comes off easily finish cleaning it and then go spend it.

BST transactions - mach1ne - Ronyahski - pitboss (x2) - Bigbuck1975 (x2) - jimineez1 - nk1nk - bidask - WaterSport - logger7 - SurfinxHI (x2) - Smittys - Bennybravo - Proofcollector
Nothing unusual. Some environmental damage causing the different colors and a little dirt on the reverse.
You are okay to spend that one.
A dirty cent....No numismatic value....Cheers, RickO
