Normally I stick to Mexican 8 Reales...but who could pass this up! 1806-PTS Toner in AU58+

Got to love that PCGS gave it an AU-58+ grade from the old NGC holder that had it as AU-58. What a trippy and flashy coin.

I usually don't like Charles IV, but the Potosi mintmark could sell me on that one.

Crazy color, I’ve got a few Ferdinand AU58+’s. Cool coin and grade

That's a beautiful coin, well done! I guess it's technically AU, but far more attractive than many MS coins out there in this series.

Looks MS * to me ...

I manage money. I earn money. I save money .
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.

It has super luster and kinda looks MS to me as well....but just the slightest hint of wear...and they were being very literal with their grading that day lol...

And ugly white coin for basically any price over melt is expensive to me. Great eye appeal always has buyers.

I’d have to disagree to a point. I do like the blast white coins

To each their own I suppose. I think certain 'looks' are good on certain coins. Blast white can look amazing on some coins...while a splash of color better suits others.

I for one think a large silver coin from 200+ years ago would look a bit off if it was blast white in 99.99% of the cases. Some PL presentation pieces can be the exceptions to that rule.

You left out the part where I said “ugly”. Dipped out white, lifeless coins. Some blast white coins can be great but on 200 year old silver I find these to be the exception to the other 1000’s of unattractive processes coins on the market.
