I've said this before but the industry should fund a USSS position to prosecute low-level counterfeiters. I'm not saying lock everybody up, but it it would to good to have official monitoring of the activity. It could limit eBay and sellers ability to disclaim any knowledge if they have official warnings or cease and desist orders.
They are still there.... need some more reports...Cheers, RickO
Both gone.
We are working on prosecuting counterfeiters via ACEF

Since ebay isn't interested in stopping the sales of counterfeit coins, if we sent the listings to acefonline.org could they get someone's attention that could get eBay's attention? The only thing ebay is interested in is money, so could fines or some other penalty be used?
Unfortunately it's buyer beware on the Bay. I really feel sorry for those who get taken. A lot of them never come back to coin collecting.
