What kind of error is this silver quarter.

What kind of error is this and how much would you say it is worth?
It seems like the reverse side of the coin has some sort of error on the offcenter part. Kinda looks like a brockage.

Offcenter on a damaged planchet and struck into either another planchet or some scrap.
The planchet was likely damaged before the strike since there is no damage to the struck portion. It's in such bad shape maybe it caused the misfeed.
Silver quarter? Looks that way from the images but hard to tell.
Not sure on today's values. Somewhere between $50-150 is my WAG.

off center strike with indent. Looks damaged though. @ErrorsOnCoins what you say??

Nice off center, with a partial indent from
another unstuck planchet laying under
this planchet when it was struck.

Shame that the counting or rolling machine
damaged the rims like that.

O/C Silver quarters are very scarce.

What caused the two pushed-up indents on the edge of the obverse? Feed fingers?

Also, while I am not questioning the authenticity, why does the curved outer edge of the partial indent have a raised lip? I should expect it to be flat.

I see that effect on other denomination double strikes, where
the uniface side has a outer 'lip', for lack of a better term.

I like this a lot. My favorite series. If I am ever to get into error collecting it will probably be with coins like this as an addendum to my collection.
