Why my coins on hold?

I joined pcgs gold and received the 4 submission vouchers. The received my coins on September 25, and they're still not entered in the system, and I was counting on the 15 day turnaround because I had a 30 day return policy to the vendor on one of the coins. It's now October 4, and my order still isn't submitted. I emailed them 4 times and never received a response.

PCGS is a great big company. They get lots of packages every day. Why not email one of the moderators who posted the rules on the home page. I'll flag your post to save you time but it is a weekend...

The 15 day turnaround is an estimate only. Should never use an estimate for time critical stuff. Scroll all the way down at this link: https://www.pcgs.com/Statistics/

Always pursue direct contact when one has a problem....emails or letters tend to get shuffled and lost. Cheers, RickO

  • The wait times to get coins logged into the system is sometimes pretty long. Often 1+ week from when the package actually arrives.

15 day turn around is in business days which is 3 weeks, not two weeks and one day.
