What sort of errors do you think they could be?

    i Think missing copper plating?.

They are all damaged. None of them are errors.

There are numerous web sites with pictures of real errors. Start by comparing looking to see what real errors look like.

You might also spend some time with a roll of cents rubbing them on gravel, banging them with a hammer or screwdriver, etc. You will then get some idea of what kind of damage happens "in the wild".

  • Start by checking the weight, the 85 and 86 are off center, check that 92 for a close AM on the back.dont keep them with other coins because the corrosion/rust will damage not corroded coins.

It’s great your taking an interest in the hobby (a small part, i.e., errors vs damage) but you also need to do some research. There are many books and in this day and age there are many websites with thousands, if not millions, of pages of information.

Research and find a focus. There are billions of coins out there. Knowledge is great if capitalized upon.

Good luck and enjoy the hobby.

@Infamustrueerrors The 85 and 86 ARE NOT off center. They may be minor misaligned dies (MAD) but it's hard to tell from the angle of the obvious pictures. Even if they are MAD, it doesn't add any extra value. They are very common.

Trying to help other new collectors is appreciated, but you need to make sure your providing accurate info. There is a big difference between misaligned dies and an off center error.

    Hope this helps

I said that Based on the angle of the pictures "in God we trust" being almost out of the cirnference...that being said I DID NOT SEE the second picture with the back of the coins.yes you are right the anvil die mark is not off center,THank you for correcting me,this is how is should work, people adding missing observation details on judgement based on just part of the information. @92Rollin the 85 and 86 are not off center🤥, they're a little misaligned.
