The bottom of the "D" is missing and the rest of the design is very strong. So I kept it. 1969-D "Bottom of D missing".

That is really cool.
I have never seen that on a Roosie.
Interesting coin
It looks like there are quite a few die polishing lines. The MM punch might have been tilted resulting in the bottom of the D being shallower than the MM. Add some die polishing and it disappears. That could explain why the bottom is missing, but the date looks good
A broken or chipped punch?
I think I found the bottom of the D Jon... oops...just sneezed.... It's gone, I will never find it... Neat dime...Cheers, RickO
Cool!
Instead of “drop the mic” we have “drop the D” thanks for the view @DIMEMAN.
I've seen this on 1969-D before, mainly from mint sets.
Seen it on 71-D also.
Not a variety, just a neat overpolished die in that area. Cool looking though, for sure!
That's the 1969-N Minted in Nebraska
I think it's from the Norfolk Mint.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
