Showing my little cousin how to fill a Lincoln Folder!

My 11 year old cousin is visiting from the Midwest this week! I gave him my Lincoln Whitman Folders and a bag of wheat cents and after showing him how to look at the dates and mint mark I’ve turned him loose!

He’s now raided my mom’s change jar! (With permission)

Need to teach him the correct way to handle the coins. He is leaving finger prints on the coins. Either get him cotton gloves or show him how to do it with a clean old tee-shirt.

Agreed, I didn't have any gloves with me but I did explain about that for the future. These are so worn and circulated it probably doesn't matter, but I definitely need to teach him more about that. I did explain about never cleaning a coin in any way.
