This just arrived in the mail today as I have been out of town for the last week.

1850's George Washington Compositions Spiel Marke. Brass. 27 mm. By Christian Lauer. Musante GW-408; Baker-598C.
Amazing example of this game counter, one of many varieties produced by the prolific die sinker Christian Lauer of Nuremburg, Germany. The original gold gilt is essentially intact and complete and reflective over both sides. The reverse feathers are ready to fly off the token!
.
Anxious to see what PCGS grades and true views look like.

This is among the most common of coal scrip companies. This one is in better than average condition.
@coinsarefun ... that is a nice token... and I agree, the reverse is amazing. Cheers, RickO
My big little newp which deserves a better write up, but I'm under the weather and just wanted to post it...
1893 Samuel Franklin Cody, Wild West Show, Grand Match, Copper, 13mm Diameter.
Wild West Showman Samuel Franklin Cody ventured to Europe at the end of 1892 to take advantage of the new popularity of bicycle racing. In 1893 he offered $10,000.00 to $20,0000.00 to any racers on a single or tandem bicycle who could beat him riding his horse. Although original posters advertising these events have survived the tokens just didn't. This is the finest of 3 survivors I've tracked research wise by a huge margin struck for children who attended the Grand Match Horse-vs-Bicycle competition in France. The size of this token may very well be the reason for the lack of survivors.
Hoard the keys.

Common Columbian Expo So-Called Dollar by George Morgan but still a keeper and top pop 1/0. It's amazing that this was struck 126 years ago!
Here's my very common 1957 P Toned Lincoln from the Prism of Color Set. In uncommon condition, MS66+BN, this is a top pop 1/0 and one of only 9 66 Browns with the + in the wheat series.

Fairly common for a Heidemann copper nickel token but in a condition that I had not previously encountered.
I've never seen another with the whole 12 1/2 cents in the reverse center worn smooth.
Pretty cool though as you can still tell it's a female rider.
Common rarity-1 (5,000+ known) patriotic Civil War token but with a very interesting bisecting die crack and in great condition.
ANA-LM, CWTS-LM, NBS, TAMS, ANS
Very common penny that is not.

This is the very first merchant token graded as "PL" by PCGS:
I just saw this on eBay...I've never seen one of these in this condition:
@Broadstruck
Is this Cody related to Wild Bill?
