Whats the deal with this listing? Why so high?

Unless I am mistaken this is under 100k coin, but even if it wasn't, why would they bother listing on the bay? Why not an auction house or professional photographs?? Is it fair to assume the seller actually has the coin in hand?

    Business model.

"I can sell 1,000,000 coins, with $5 profit each.....Or I can sell one coin with $5,000,000 profit!"

He's taking the shortest route. ;)

He can ask whatever he wants, does not mean he will get it.

Seller gets your attention then you make offer. It's been around for a while. Offer seller .75 cents for it

dreamtrophy is a reseller on eBay. He does not own any of the coins/paper money he has listed. If he sells one of his listings, he simply purchases the item from the real owner and sends the item to his buyer.

I've had him on my block list for a long time. His prices are always stupid. I'd rather not see what he's selling.

His "prices " on mint errors is a joke. How he gets any business at all is beyond me.

How do you do that? Ebay doesnt allow to block sellers from listings.

Go to your favorite search. On the left side, click on one of the "see all" links.

That brings up options like this:

Bookmark the search to use it over and over.
