In the early part of the 21st century their was a flood of chineese fakes that littered the market in the USA, especially on eBay. Every date and mintmark was involved at the time, and some of the fakes were very deceptive, especially to someone who was relatively new and inexperienced. The fake involved here would not fool many collectors but is just an example of what was put out. It would look nice next to my gem bu proof like 1921-D nickel!!
