    I believe these are also referred to as the Woods Hibernia issues. They have been listed in the redbook as part of the US Colonial Coinage.

    There is a 23 over 22 Listed but I can't tell if that's what you have

    Worth more than $5 and collected along with the Rosa Americana coins also minted under William Wood's patent.
