I think the lister tried to "sell similar" someone else's auction. If you look at all his other coins, they all have wrong information in the Item Specifics.
It's not even a 1943-D He probably doesn't even know what "ANACS" means.

The Buyer would have lost more money buying an actual holdered MS64 coin. I thought grading was subjective?
