@Lyndag
Don’t recommend trying to duplicate the PMD with the “InSinkErator” as @Akbeez explained because you may end up needing to replace the garbage disposal unit.
But it might be fun!
That is literally a parking lot coin.
What kind of error did you think it was?
@Lyndag Take a look at www.doubleddie.com. There is a section on how coins and dies are made.
Try these as well

If you take some time to learn about the minting process, you'll be able to easily tell that your coin is damaged. If you enjoy searching for errors, understanding the minting process will save you a lot of time
Parking Lot Damage (PLD)....May have been in the parking lot since it left the mint.... Cheers, RickO
I wonder if it adds any value if it is PLD from being in the mint's parking lot?
Surely you can't be serious.
Collector, occasional seller
And don't call him Shirley !
Only if signed by the mint director
parking lot kill or pmd
Use the search box and you will see numerous posts like yours. Have you not seen a damaged coin before?
The chances of finding a Mint Error of value in change etc are very remote and are most often some form of PMD .
Looks like an add on to make count. Then it fell into the parking lot at pets are us and got mauled by a crow.
