I heard this one a few nights ago watching the Royals.
Rex Hudler- There is no wind at all tonight, folks. It is as calm as can be.
(looks at flags) In fact the wind is blowing straight down.
Steve Physioc- I think its called gravity, Hud.

I’m pretty sure I remember Tim McCarver stating in the 1993 NLCS:
“Well for Atlanta to beat Philadelphia, they’re gonna have to OUTSCORE them!”
I like radio better than television because if you make a mistake on radio, they don't know. You can make up anything on the radio.

Didn't get the gag until i was 11 or 12.
Guess the days of the foul balls will soon be gone as netting becomes the norm.
