Nice crack.
I don’t see it in my copy of Rulau but it’s pretty broad.
I have no information on the stamp, though I 'think' I recall seeing one like it here on the forum in the past. Too bad about the graffiti on the obverse.... Cheers, RickO
I understand it a very small group of collectors of these type coins!
Not all counterstamps mean anything.
The only G.H. I see listed in Brunk would be inside a rectangle. It lists G.H. as a stamp used to regulate the amount of gold in the coins circulating in St. Vincent. Doesn't look to be the same.

Overton 114a. Heavy die crack crossing the entire reverse.
Always consider the limitations set by Dr. Brunk in his catalog, the most encountered one being "Most stamps consisting only of initials are not listed..." which (with a few noted exceptions) means that thousands and thousands of c/s will not appear in the catalog.
