Long Beach Rookie here. I wanted to get there at 10:00 am but a slight under estimate of So Cal traffic and it was a 11:45 when I entered the tarmac I mean bourse of course. Anyhow it was about 45min and I was out of money. (insert inappropriate analogy).
Seemed busy to me so I got the heck out of there to go home and watch the football game.
In a southern California accent " Got on the 710 north, to the 91 east, to the 10 east" and out to the desert.

Yeah, "cherry picking some eye candy" sums it up. Being a "14 D" was a big part of it, but I can't afford or won't live long enough to do a set at that level.

For those who want a very well produced common date coin the 1915 is a good alternative to the ultra common 1938-D. The one you have FullHorn is an example.

Agree traffic is worst part of LB. the whole time I am there I am eyeing the clock to make sure I get on the road in time. One of these years I’ll plan to stay past dinner.
