Interesting muling of Key's store card with Lovett's "Dedicated to Coin and Medal Collectors," which is normal found on the Witch obverse, "We All Have Our Hobbies."

It's a 1860's mule struck with reverse dies by die sinkers William Frederick Key from Philadelphia and George Hampton Lovett from New York for the likes of J.N.T. Levick.
What is going on with the rim on the reverse at 12, 2, and 8 o'clock?
