Nothing deceptive about the listing. They are selling them for $29.95 for starters. It also says commemorative in the title of the listing. In the description is also states that it is a replica and reproduction.
Once a coin or counterfeit is permanently attached to a money clip it is no longer a coin, it is a money clip.
The money clip is not against ebay policy and is not against U.S. laws.
That looks like a legitimate auction since it is an 'accessory' and not sold as a coin (though certainly some coin hype involved). Cheers, RickO
