I have to admit, Brett wasn't my idea. The guy who commissioned it wanted George Brett to be the spectator, and he also asked for the worn corners. I went through all of my Brett cards to find the perfect one, and it ended up being the 1981 Donruss Best Hitters card featuring Brett and Carew.
