2013 D dime . Any thoughts?

Hello everyone , I hope all is well.
So I found this 2013 D dime in some change today. The edge is smooth as if the collar didn't leave the reeding . It's not worn and the edge is a hair wider than another 2013 D dime, but the same diameter . Can anyone tell me what I have or dont have ? Lol. Thank you for looking.

Someone has tapped on the edge and flattened the reeding and widened the rim. (PMD)

Looks worn down (or flattened down, more specifically) to me, as if caught in a machine.
Spooned. Go to about 3:00 in the video to see how it is done.
