Just an FYI for you all, I have deleted the thread in which DRC outlines his own grading plan, and subsequently banned him. I think that I am pretty lenient on here, but I will not allow someone to throw around ideas of illicit backroom deals because they have devised their own ideas and theories that they convince themselves are true.
Thank you to those who attempted to suggest corrections to DRC. Your actions toward maintaining a civil and healthy forum are appreciated. Unfortunately he did not see your points and began to argue otherwise.

I hate to see threads go "poof" but I figured this one was in trouble.
Thanks for your restraint Todd, you are doing a good job.
Thanks, Joe. I don't like deleting discussions either. But sometimes things just go beyond the point of no return and then I feel it is the best way to handle the situation.
When the thread was about ideas to improve the grading process I found it interesting. When it crossed the line into backroom Shenanigans I lost interest. There is enough of that unsubstantiated nonsense over on net54 and blowout already.
As for banning DRC Todd, I would respectfully ask that you reconsider that decision and treat it with a private warning or short-term ban first before just giving him the death penalty.
The old way was one strike and you’re out (or banned for a minimum of 3 months). I really think the community here appreciates your more tolerant approach. It’s so easy for someone who feels strongly about something to erroneously step over the line. I think most of us have been guilty of that from time to time, and would respond favorably if the moderator communicated privately that there was an issue along these lines. If, after that, the issue continued then I understand the banning is needed.
Overall I think DRC was generally a positive contributor here if you look at his history. Maybe if he receives a “timeout” he can be allowed back and learn from the error in this situation?

Unless things have changed, it historically has taken a twelver of Mich Ultra delivered to the Mod to get back in.
I thought you were on vacation or lost in the woods or something. Hadn't seen any deletions, banning or hand slapping in quite a while!!
Lol. I feel like if I am doing my job well, you won't have to see me banning, deleting or hand-slapping very often. Ideally everyone basically follows the rules and I just get to post about cards and fun stuff like that!
Sorry, Arthur. I forgot you are a member here. I guess I will chain myself to the Forums then...
