Pretty sure a Philly minted coin is not going to have a misplaced "D" mintmark. It is kind of interesting, but no not worth getting graded.

A dropped letter would be impressed into the coin and would not be significantly raised.
I think your cent took a hit and the crater is the middle of what you see, and the raised "D" is displaced metal.
