Dimeman's ANA show report....

Well, I headed up to Springfield Monday night to stay with some friends so we could get an early start Tuesday morning. So we, myself and 4 coin buddies from Springfield got to the show for the opening bell at 1:00. After about 10 minutes I found a nice 1913 Dime in PCGS58 for my Everman set. Then after several hours more I found a Washie I needed....a 1964-P PCGS66+ and a pretty Roosie in 67+. Then towards the end of the day I found a nice 1908-O Dime in PCGS55 for my Everyman set. This coin is also a RPD. I will provide photo's later when I can get to it.
Wednesday - We got to the show around 10:00. By this time I had worked all of the floor except the far right and back section. I sold an extra Bust Dime to a Dealer who needed it for a want list. The I came to an old friends table wo used to live in Springfield, but has relocated in Florida some 25 years ago. He didn't have a lot of coins in my area collecting, but I did spot an 1892 that looked real pretty (PCGS58) so I ask to see it. And to my delight it was the RPD 302. This will upgrade my AU53. I sent this in to PCGS for attribution along with a Bust Dime 1827 JR2 that I brought with me.
Both days I had been looking for a 1932-D Quarter in nice PCGS64. Only saw 1 and did not like it. Saw several 63's, but didn't care for them either. I am going to be real picky on this coin. I was fortunate to fine a real nice 1934 DDO PCGS65! So I did fill a hole. Actually 2 counting the 1964-P. I have been looking for a nice 64-P for a long time. I am down to needing only 2 Washies of the non varieties.
By this time the show was closing and we headed out for Springfield. Got there about midnight.
Sorry if I rambled. And I want to mention that I met my good buddy Golden the first day and he was helping me look for the 32-D.
We both struck out, but thanks for the help man!

Nice report.
Do you ever search silver Roosie rolls? If not why?
Later, Paul.
Not very often...….because I don't see many for the dates I need. And then you are stuck with them.
Nice report. I think shows are easier to navigate with a want list.
Do you have all these varieties memorized, or are you generally on a quest for a manageable number?
He who knows he has enough is rich.
Most are in my head, but I do have list's.
Nice seeing you at the show
Nice talking to you too Jon.

You too Rich. A big show is just not the same when you aren't there.
GREAT report my coin brother. I just wish I could have hung out with you again at another great coin show.
Thanks for the report. Sounds like you had a blast.
Nice report and congrats!
Thanks for your show report @DIMEMAN. Upgrading and meeting old friends are great things to do.
Nice to see you Jon. I did not leave the show until Friday and just got home. Will try to post a show report later.
