System upgrades? Looks nice!

So I was looking at my most recent order since I got the shipping email, I noticed it looks like this now:

The sections are Arrived, Order processing and specification, Grading, Encapsulation, QA, Shipped, and Delivered.

Looks like the days of the generic "In Process" are behind us!

Going to have to check this out!

The app is still the old way.

I like it, except for the fact that now my "received" submission looks to be even farther from my mailbox than it did when it was "in process."

Hopefully QA stands for Quality Assurance, as in verifying all previous actions were done accurately.

If anyone receives the above when checking your submission, I have been told by CS, that it’s an error with the software upgrade.

But, I do recommend that you call anyways to make sure.
