Actual picture posted .... PCGS 64 CAC VS NGC 65?

Here is the potential NEWP to jump start my lethargic period .... the S is preferred and the grade to compare.
Tough choice between PCGS MS64 CAC $630 ($50 bucks earned) VS NGC MS65 $563 ($45 bucks earned)
Do you think the the 65 would cross as well as CAC?
Thank you for your advise

Go for the PCGS 64 CAC
A nicer coin.
This is the needed year for partial completion before I start on the Mint Mark
The PCGS coin looks much nicer. However, It may be just the images.
NGC The ding of her neck is a bit bothersome ..... deeper than I like
I would think that if you need us to make the choice or give assistance that you might not be happy with either coin. just pass and continue to look for an example that is easy for YOU to decide on.
The 64 appears to be a nicer coin. The 65 has a mark on the neck that I was immediately drawn to.

I suspect that the glare on the PCGS coin my be hiding something.
I kinda think the PCGS coin, but it's really hard to tell from those pictures.. The true-view is nice on the PCGS..

That's quite a CAC tax on the MS64. I'd have to compare them side by side in the same light to determine which is the better deal. My first inclination is to buy the higher grade for less money.

Of these two, I would pick the 35-S. Looks like a nice coin with a better strike.
Looks grainy and darker to me.
Keets ain't no dummy.
The MS65 has that hit on the neck that you'll notice every time you look at it. Kind of like a Maserati with a door ding.

Easy choice for me...…..PCGS coin.
It's an S tax ... I mean the MM
I'd pass on both and look for a nice one in a Heritage sale that would cost me less.

I'd ask Messy to be on the lookout for one that you can buy.
I suspect that the glare on the PCGS coin my be hiding something.
PCGS 64 CAC. Must be a nice piece.

Here is her TV without the glare
The photography is so different that any opinion on my part is likely to be greatly influenced by it, but I would think the PCGS MS64 coin has a more frosty feel overall and that I would like that coin better. Good luck!

Looking at the pictures and ignoring the price I like the PCGS coin better. You can also save an additional 2% buying the coin through the eBay App, (10% vs 8%). Buy the one you like or wait for the one you KNOW will make you happy.
it's crackers to slip a rozzer the dropsy in snide
use your phone app and get 63 e bucks for the cac and 56.30 for the ngc coin. I don't like the way the ngc slabs get scratched so easy. I just used my phone app for 10 percent e bucks
Lethargy in the Peace Dollar series starts in '22. Not even CAC stickers can help. Find the '34-S in such a grade, to get your numismatic juices flowing.
And no. I do not think the 65 would cross in the same grade, or that JA would sticker it at that grade.

Of the two, I like the PCGS coin the best.
I prefer 35-S to 35 in general, and I feel that the 35-S is stronger for its grade as well. I don't think the NGC coin would cross at grade.
I think Keets makes a good point... but since you asked, I like the MS-64 CAC one better.

id go with the pcgs ms 64
So common - so don’t settle.
I'd pick the 64 CAC in a minute. Also as suggested above use the App and get 10%
I kinda don't like either coin all that much. I like the PCGS best, but I don't like all the marks by the L in Liberty on the obverse, and the E. Pl... on the reverse. Granted I realize with out those it would be a higher grade more costly coin but they still draw my attention.

I think the pcgs coin is better, however I am seeing a little haze on it and I don't like that sort of thing, so I would say neither.
I wouldn't trust a Trueview at all. Bad experiences.
Many members on this forum that now it cannot fit in my signature. Please ask for entire list.
PCGS MS64+ CAC
Of the two I like the '35-S better.
Lance.
The PCGS one.
I don't like the zits on the NGC one
BHNC #203
I prefer the PCGS 35 S on the obv, a little bothered by the damage over the rays left of eagle on the rev. IMO. Peace Roy

The 35-S, but I feel like they shined a lighthouse on it to get it so bright. The trueview is probably more the actual color.

Take your time on this coin. If you have to think too much about it then don’t buy either. There are plenty of each date available. I would suggest that you find a trusted dealer that can send you one on approval. Otherwise he or she should be able to find you one of these in a month or two. Perhaps sooner, as ANA is next week in Chicago.
Use the app for 10%
Not my series, but some say look for another one.
Not really what the OP asked for.
She doesn't go to shows to look at a ton of coins. Online only is my guess. Plus she wants the 10% ebucks in the app.
So the question should be, is this the very best (for the price) 1935 S PCGS MS64 CAC on ebay?
just go with your heart and buy one.
aren't you glad you asked? It is all cleared up now!
I like the 35-s rather than the other.
Great to see you back again 😊
The NGC seems to have a rougher finish and the neck scratch is a turn-off.
I would get the PCGS and submit for reconsideration, minimum 65 grade, as it has a low PCGS number, CAC, and looks 65 good.

I prefer the PCGS as well.

The PCGS coin looks nicer to me, in this instance.
