The smell of dinner wakes me up at 6pm. Tell Alexa to stop the sound of rain falling, eat, check the markets and news, prepare for work, become a rock star in the car, discuss coins while at work, repeat 9 to 21 days in a row.

I wake up at 6am, no alarm....no coffee (never touch the stuff), bottle of cold bubble water, take the dogs out, turn on the pool pump and plan the day. Lots of fun, work and interesting things to do.... Cheers, RickO

No alarm clocks anymore. The cat wakes me up when she wants to eat. Then it’s my daily exercise routine: pushups, sit-ups and jogging. I push myself up from the pillow, sit up on the edge of the bed and jog to the bathroom.
