The first set of pics are the sellers. As you can see, not much to go on.
My pics showing the re engraving on the obverse. The seller did not realize it was a variety.

Nice pick. This is a cool one with the extreme ribbon. There are also varieties of 1939 and 1940 with a similar re engraved effect.
