FYI, your 1853-O looks like an example of the V-2 die pair,
with a crack at the lower right corner of the 3 in the date, and through the second S in STATES.
I'm not sure what you mean by "N&I" and "Min".
If it helps, the "O" mint mark is for New Orleans.
