Worth one cent.
Counter-stamped. Souvenir pieces.
There are many out there and some are pretty good.
Do a web search and you’ll find many.
Non-numismatic value? Whatever you want to pay to buy a cent that was damaged after it left the mint.
Numismatic value is face.

I keep any counterstamped coins I find as curiousities, some of the anti-war nickels from 2003 have some value though and I have found one.
I paid twenty-five cents in the 60's for A cent with Lincoln smoking a pipe.
I thought it was the most amazing thing !

I hang onto stuff like this, interesting, don't take up a lot of room in my miscellany box. I like it.
Although they have no numismatic value (PMD), I keep such coins as curio's....There are state cents, cents with Kennedy on them and many others... I had not seen this one before... Cheers, RickO
