Your cent was struck from a worn die. In addition it suffered some environmental damage causing the blotchy color. There also appears to be some corrosion/zinc for on the reverse. Just a regular circulated zinc cent.
I agree with the above evaluations.... a worn, damaged cent. I do not know how the indentation on the reverse (also obvious on the obverse) occurred. Cheers, RickO
