It's not an Indian cent.
Look at the headband. There's a series of dots rather than "LIBERTY". Looks like a Civil War token with "NOT" removed from the denomination.

The band holds 13 stars refering to the 13 original colonies. Here's an NGC MS-64 sold for $110:
