1924 Soviet Rouble grade opinion

Hi,

I've recently stumbled upon a 1924 rouble from the Soviet Union.
It looks pretty good for me. However I'm not 100% certain, whether it is UNC, or not.
I would like to hear your opinions about this coin,

Redfox

P.S. These are the photos from a seller. I post them as I'm in the process of deciding whether to buy
the coin, or pass it.

    Rim damage?

Certainly not Unc. or even a slider. Both men have obvious light wear on the high points. If the minor rim dings don't effect the grade I would give it a 50-53 from the pictures.

It’s a rather common coin and I remember picking one near gem raw example, on my way to Karl Stephens’ table in NYINC 2008 for 50 bucks. It graded MS64 and sold for near $300 but I still miss it. Along with a beautifully toned poltina from 1926.
