Outstanding coin. Great luster and cool die cracks. I have been digging the rattler holder also lately. I have a morgan in one that with the right jiggling, I can turn the coin all the way round in the holder. That should make for a fun party trick.

Interesting that professional graders did not see that as a gem at one time. Congrats.

As the owner of multiple MS-63 3CN, I feel I can say with some certainty that....That's better than a 63. :)

However: Anyone concerned about the green spots around the reverse denticles? (Right and upper right, mainly).
They concern me a bit, though it would be a shame to lose the holder to deal with them, if you had to.

Very nice coin. Congrats on your gold.
Reverse is weak on center of most of these.
Die cracks are super common on them as well.
Its hard to find them without clashed dies.

Common 3CN die cracks, as the Mint learned to cope with this harder metal.

    Really nice looking! Congrats!

Nice 3CN! It's been in there for 30 years, I don't think the green is doing anything. Was this recently on BST? It looks familiar.
