Problem with eBay Bucks

I keep getting an error message when trying to pay with eBay bucks. I have made thousands of purchases, and redeem the bucks every quarter. I called customer service, but they were useless as the teats on a boar hog. Is anyone else having a problem? Suggestions are appreciated.

I used part of mine and it worked fine.

I had the same problem, both with the app and on the computer. Ended up using them on a different invoice and it worked fine.

When you go to checkout on the APP, they’re preloaded right under your ‘standard’ payment options.

i had a question, if i buy something priced at 700 and i use 500 e bucks, i get taxed for 200 dollars right?

I was unable to use them using the checkout tab, but it worked when I used the purchase history tab on My Ebay.

I was charged tax on the full purchase price.

I remember when I was very young there was a coupon in the paper for a free candy bar. I went to the grocery store and redeemed it and was very upset when I was charged tax on the 25c.
