1? Hard to imagine how an Ike got so low.

Ah yes, the alien-head "BER" variety.
I'll go PO1. Why not? Any worse and the date wouldn't be readable. However, it could be graded as a 2 as you're competing with the the '76 Ike and that one wouldn't need a readable date.

It’s ironic - people do things to coins in order to get them to grade higher AND lower. Should an artificially worn coin be distinguished from a naturally worn one? If so, why?
