It still pays to check the Coinstar reject bin

Found these coins in the Coinstar reject bin today. Included a 1963 silver quarter and 1940 wheat cent. My first time finding silver. I think that all the quarters must have rejected because the user overloaded it putting coins in too fast.

Also pays to check the loading tray where coins are dumped. People sometimes scoop their rejects out and put them back on the tray. Just yesterday I found a Canadian 10c and a 1954 Roosie that had been rejected and attempted another pass at the loading tray but the person stopped the machine and left.
Welcome aboard. Found 5 cents today.
@slgorecki....Welcome aboard...and that is a nice haul from the coinstar.... Cheers, RickO
Nice find. My only finds over the past month have been one badly corroded Lincoln Memorial cent, two clad dimes and one silver dime.
Wow - goodies left on table.
Cool!

Two weeks ago I found a silver dime and a two headed nickel with other assorted change.
That s a great heads up on checking the coin tray, hadn't thought of that. I MD and "parking-lot find" and lately check coinstars thanks! To this forum . so far 70cents in 60s silver. All different years as well. And cheers to you Ricko !!
Lol the two headed nickel! As my mom would say, "nifty- neat-o"!
Free money cool
And a guitar pick, too.
Found in reject bin of my local bank: one 1943s genuine magnet tester. Got a magnet? Wondering if it’s real? Then use this Honest Abe and never be fooled again! Seriously tho, what do I do with it? Garbage bin? It actually got me interested in looking at coins again since I was a kid, so finding it had an upside.
Nice!
