To qualify mark, the “Other” service level line “World Crossover QS.”
Coins must be from the following regions: Mexico, Central America, South America or the Caribbean islands.
Must be on a separate form, cannot be mixed with coins that do not qualify for special.
All submissions must be postmarked by September 30, 2019.

Regular Service Level submissions will be reduced to $28 per coin. (Originally $35)
Valid for U.S. and World coins (cannot mix U.S. and World on one submission).
Valid for Standard or Gold Shield service (cannot mix Standard and Gold Shield, add $5 per coin for Gold Shield).
To qualify mark, the “Other” service level line “Regular QS.”
In the fee calculation section, indicate the number of coins being submitted multiplied by $28.
