I have a 1 card order that has been stuck on Stage 5 Assembly for over a week now. That must be a heck of a label they are printing 😑

At the risk of stating the obvious, it is likely not printing the label that takes time, but getting to the front of the “graded and ready to print the label/encapsulate” line.

For the record, on my regular sub (25 day) I entered “Assembly” on day 32 and am in QA 2 on day 33.

I had a two card order move from Grading to Assembly yesterday then jump to Quality Check 2 today. It would be great to have the grades pop tonight.

    Edit: Grades popped 15mins later!

Looks like things are moving along pretty quick for this sub now. Qa check 2 for this one. Went from assembly to this point in less than 48 hours.

This one just moved to assembly. I’ve had three subs go from grading to assembly in less than 48 hours, so maybe things are picking up.

It seems like regular orders have been going from assembly to done in a day. It’s only the bulk orders that are dragging through assembly.

I have a bulk that has been in Assembly for almost 4 weeks now, but it is one of my newer bulk subs. It spent less than a day in grading. I have 2 older bulk subs that are still in research and 1 newer bulk in research. I had a standard sub hit Assembly and zoomed right through last week. So my opinion is that Assembly time greatly varies

I am on day 95 on a 65 day quarterly special. The order has been in assembly for 6 business days. It is going to probably be 6 months door to door on my order. Very disappointed. I spend a couple of k every year on psa services- not a big time customer- not sure if I am going to be giving them as much business going forward especially in light of the other recent happenings .

Collecting Clemente master (#6) and basic PSA registry sets, Hank Aaron master and basic sets, Mantle oddball issues, 1970's mega decade HOFs, 1967 Topps pin ups, and high grade Topps Clemente and Aaron. Numerous transactions with over 100 board members.

I'm on day 86 on a regular sub. They state a 64 day turn around for bulk subs. I've called 3 times and nothing. Crazy!

What status is it in. Did it log 86 business days ago, or was that when it was signed for ?

Grading. It's a review so I assume it's been in grading the entire time since the cards are already in PSA holders and don't need to be researched.

I just got the 'Labeling Ready' on one of mine to verify today while it's still in Grading. Hoping that means Assembly is just around the corner.

  • TerwinTerwin Posts: 70 ✭✭

I have about 15 orders in right now with various dates from April through July and each one of them now says labeling ready, and they didn't yesterday, so I don't think it means anything...just a new feature??

  • maddux69maddux69 Posts: 2,148 ✭✭✭✭✭

The labeling ready is a new feature and also if you click on the sub it will list the cards and how they will be labeled. If you spot a problem you can hover over the area just to the right of the description and it will send an error report to be corrected.

The only issue that I see so far is that the line numbers don't match with the original sub paperwork. There are a few N9's on the auto sub that I am doing and you can't correlate which exactly did not get graded.

It may not work using a mobile device, you may have to use a laptop or iPad. Once you click the blue hyperlink, either the order # or view detail, it will pull everything up. Then you hover just to the left of the "type" column to reveal the error report button. You press it to fill out the repoert and can even cancel the report if you did it incorrectly(been there, done that already!).

You could be past that point as my subs are still in the grading phase and you are in assembly. So your flips may have already been printed and can no longer be changed.

I would agree Jason - mine are in grading now and if you press "view details" - I get this on one of my sub-orders:

Pulled it up on my mobile, and you don’t have to hover over for the report error to appear. It is right below the description on every line.
