Anyone know who might have done this $2 overlay

My wife got this at work. She thinks a customer gave it to her. Its a real $2 bill. Has a real neat overlay on it and it's uncirculated also. it's a shiny overlay. I thought it was pretty cool! Being from texas and all. Lol

I've never seen that one. They are kinda neat.
Perhaps someone does all 50 states and markets them.

I don't see it having much difference than the colored ones and the gold overlays on others. As if most people even know that they are real spendable money anyway. Lol

I have another one that has the gold overlay on it. It has the same folder as yours. The gold has actually turned to a silver color now. Had it for quite some time. Lol

Nope. Defacement means intentionally rendering it unfit to circulate (law on bills is different from coins).
