I will provide a single hint: it is not a details only coin. I suggest this coin as I totally got it wrong and thought it would
an interesting GTG for those willing to take a risk!

Although perhaps it should be.
It has crazy, full bodied patinated toning. Surfaces look smooth like a proof. grade seems about XF45-AU50.

Cool proof only date. I have a 1869 half with similiar patina.
I believe thats the first proof dug from the dirt I have ever seen...at least thats what it looks like to me.
