2017 D LSC ugly mint error?

This one has alot going on obverse and reverse grease worn die etc maybe lamination this one has me stumped but not for long because that's where the veterans come in to give there advice thank you all for your input and knowledge its been awhile and I am happy to be back doing what I am addicted to.

    Sorry, but the 2nd and 3rd photos are of a damaged
    coin, not an error of any kind.

    It's been 'tapped', or smashed down on the
    design elements after the coin was already
    in circulation.

    It did not leave the US Mint like this.....sorry
